All items are priced in pounds sterling and include VAT at the standard rate, unless stated otherwise.Although the seller makes every effort to ensure that published prices are as accurate as possible the seller reserves the right to refuse the sale of mis-priced items.Prices do not include any special packaging or insurance required by you.

Delivery is UK mainland only, any other destination will be quoted seperatly.Any delivery date or delivery time is for guidance only and the seller shall not be responsible for any costs incurred by the buyer in the event of late delivery.Should the buyer be unavailable to accept the goods at time of delivery then the buyer shall bear the cost of any re-delivery.If the goods have been damaged during delivery and the seller feels the situation cannot be improved by authorising another delivery, then we reserve the right to refund the buyer in full for the order and cancel the order.


The stock online is also sold to visitors to our premises and these sales need to be removed from the online shop manually, we try to update this on a daily basis but this is not always possible so occasionally an item you purchase online will have already been sold at the premises. In this event we will inform you as soon as possible and either offer you a full refund or supply you with a suitable replacement piece.

Returns Policy

If the buyer has received their order and no longer requires it then it may be returned at the discreation of the seller. If a return is agreed then the buyer has to arrange transport to the sellers premises at the buyers expense and once the goods have been inspected by the seller then they will decide if any credit is due.If the buyer receives damaged or incorrect goods then they should inform the seller within 7 days.The seller will then arrange to collect the goods and once inspected and if found to be damaged or incorrect, will either refund or replace the goods.

Remember we sell a natural product and we will do our best to show in the photographs any defects the product has, however if you still feel unsure about the product you can contact us or come in and view the product before you purchase it.
